MEF’s 2025 Auction Gala

Auction Gala Tickets: $295 per person

Auction Gala VIP Tables: $4,200 for a table of 12

In addition to items received by Individual Ticket holders, VIP guests receive:

  • VIP check in at 5 pm for a private 30-minute reception
  • Separate VIP check-in line
  • Complimentary drink ticket
  • Guaranteed seating with friends at your own table of twelve
  • Premium table location
  • Premium wine at your table
  • Home delivery of auction items

Tickets are sold individually unless you are purchasing a VIP Table. 
Couples will need to purchase two tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Tickets are sold while they last or until March 10 and will not be sold at the door.

Ticket price: The cost of your ticket only covers the cost of putting on the event (venue, food/wine, and entertainment). The MEF Auction Gala is a fundraising event to benefit Moraga's public schools, so please plan to participate in the fundraising aspect of this event by purchasing raffle tickets, bidding on live auction items, and raising your paddle during the "Raise-Your-Paddle" portion of the live auction. When you make a contribution during the "Raise-Your-Paddle" portion of the live auction, you do not receive anything of value in return, and this contribution counts toward your overall gift to the MEF Giving Campaign.

Gift Listing Policy:

  • Contributions made during the "Raise-Your-Paddle" portion of the live auction will count toward donor's annual gift amount to the MEF Giving Campaign and these donors will receive recognition in the MEF Annual Report.
  • Donations of auction items and expenses associated with hosting a Pay-to-Play Party do not count toward a donor's annual gift amount to the MEF Giving Campaign, but these generous businesses and individuals will be recognized in our auction catalog and the MEF Annual Report.
  • Unfortunately, auction purchases, ticket purchases, raffle ticket purchases, and purchases of Pay-to-Play Party tickets do not count towards a donor's overall annual gift amount to the MEF Giving Campaign because something of value is received in return.
