MEF’s 2023 Auction Gala

The Claremont Club & Spa

6 PM - 11 PM

 

Tickets are SOLD OUT. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for tickets, please email mefspecialevents@gmail.com. If you have purchased a VIP Table and would like to add two more seats to your table, please email mefspecialevents@gmail.

 

Auction Gala Tickets are $250 per person.

Auction Gala VIP Tables are $3,500 for a table of 10 (with the option of adding up to two guests for $350 each)

 

 

Tickets include:

  • Glass of Champagne upon arrival and passed hors d'oeuvres
  • 3-course dinner with choice of entree
  • Wine poured during dinner
  • Parking (bring your ticket to us to validate; valet is not included)
  • Photo booth, music and dancing

A cash bar will be available.

Additional VIP Table benefits:

  • VIP Table Host can choose who sits at their table
  • Premium table location
  • Truffles for your guests
  • Choose 5 bottles wine to be on your table

Tickets are sold individually unless you are purchasing a VIP Table.  Couples will need to purchase two tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Tickets are sold while they last and will not be sold at the door.  If you are sick or have symptoms associated with COVID-19, we kindly ask that you do not attend.

 

Ticket price: The cost of your ticket covers the cost of the event (venue, food/wine, and entertainment). To make a charitable donation, we direct your focus to the Raise-Your-Paddle during the live auction.

 

Gift Listing Policy: MEF appreciates the generosity of our community in making this event a success.  Please note, auction purchases, tickets, and the donation of auction items raise money for MEF and help make the auction a success, but they do not count toward a family's Annual Giving Campaign donation.  Only gifts made to the MEF Giving Campaign or donations made during the live auction's Raise-Your-Paddle count toward a family's Annual Giving Campaign donation.  MEF will provide recognition in the auction catalog and the MEF Annual Report for auction item donations and Pay-to-Play Party Hosts.  Thank you!

The Moraga Education Foundation raises funds to preserve and enhance educational opportunities for all Moraga public school students, through a broad-based community effort. We believe that together the entire community can build a better future for our children consistent with the educational goals of the Moraga School District and Campolindo High School.
